HoruskuhanAppadurai(Horus) hails from the little town of Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, where he was born and went through his early education. After which he pursued his tertiary education in INTI International University Nilai. Horus graduated with a degree in Business Administration in 2010. He then worked as a Sales Coordinator with Hilton Petaling Jaya where he was in charge of handling private as well as government clients conducting their events.
Horus later moved on to IBM Malaysia’s customer service team under the Korean Airlines project. During this tenure, he was assigned the SME (Subject Matter Expert) role which also required him to mentor and train new recruits on handling customer requests as well as in using the CRM (Customer Relations Management) system.
Horus was then given the opportunity to work for his alma mater when he was brought into the Corporate Sales Planning & Development Department of INTI Universal Holdings Sdn Bhd to oversee the management of Sales Tools & Processes. His main responsibility was to identify the use of technology to grow a business from a sales perspective. Here he gained experience in developing SOPs, managing CRM systems, conducting training on the system to sales people, project management, and working hand-in-hand with IT (Information Technology) to provide business solutions.
His last role as Training Facilitator with Zubedy (M) Sdn Bhd gave him a new found passion towards Learning & Development. Horus role as facilitator was to facilitate two key programs which were Change Management and Sales programs. Aside to that Horus was also responsible for business development, company related technological advancements and unity driven projects.
