We are looking for a professional Customer Service Officer (Contract) to join us!
Location : Wisma UOA Damansara II
Can start immediately
- Inbound and outbound calls from existing Customers (this does not include cold calls or telesales)
- Basic administrative work to log information from calls and feedback from Customers
Working hours :
Monday to Friday – 11AM – 8PM; Saturday 10AM – 2PM
Contract period :
3 months with option for extension based on performance review
- Able to converse in English, Malay and Mandarin
- Basic knowledge in healthcare is a plus
- Good telephone etiquette
Remuneration and Benefits:
- RM 2500 per month

- Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/Pre-U/”A” LEVEL in any field.
