1. Provides admin support to HR Executives.
2. Assist in posting jobs to different HR platforms. Manage & process application received.
3. Organize, manage new hire on-boarding & training programs.
4. Manage, update HR databases with different info like new hire, resign & leaves.
5. Prepare HR forms such as Performance Evaluation, Employee Time Sheet, Purchase Order.
6. Organize, manage & back up company document files.
7. Organize, collect & update company personnel records.
1. Passionate in performing admin works.
2. Open to render more than 10 hours if required.
3. Available to work max of 10 hours per week.
